Whether you're traveling to New England or looking to book a destination wedding, this covers it all! F
rom rehearsal dinner to post-wedding brunch, this packages assures you a stress-free weekend. 

We'll secure the full vendor team for each day's events and develop unique designs to mesmerize your guests.

Full Design + Planning
 

Not sure where to start in the planning process? With this package, we work with you every step of the way!

From building your color palette, to developing custom installation pieces and securing your dream vendor team, we'll make the planning process super smooth + enjoyable!

Partial Planning
 

 This is our most common package and I like to think of it as hiring your own personal assistant!

We'll keep you on track while providing endless guidance and direction throughout the entire planning process. A few months prior to your wedding day, we'll take the reins as the vendor team's main point of contact so you can really soak in the last few weeks leading up to your wedding date.

Custom Installations + Signage

Interested in having a custom installation piece or signage for your upcoming event but not sure where
to begin?

Let's start with a quick conversation to develop your color palette, size + budget range.

From there, we will
develop a few digital renderings for you to select from before creating the final product!

Once the final product is complete, if it's an installation piece, we'll install it directly on-site for you if it's signage we can mail directly to you!

"The best decision we made with wedding planning is hiring Rachel and her team at Odyssey Event Designs. Rachel is truly a godsend, and I can't imagine planning our wedding without her. Our venue was a blank slate, requiring everything to be brought in—bathrooms, catering, tables, tents, etc. Rachel handled it all flawlessly. She seamlessly coordinated every detail, so much so that I felt zero stress on the day of the wedding (which is major as someone who is often very stressed). I honestly don’t know how anyone could plan a wedding without Rachel. There were so many details we had talked about and I had forgotten, but Rachel remembered every single thing we had discussed and brought them to life perfectly and beyond what I could have even ever imagined - I was truly in awe with every step of the weekend that Rachel helped plan. On top of that, her graphic design skills are unmatched—she created the most beautiful signs, menus, bar menu, and even custom napkins that everyone loved and were so unique and special to us. It felt like she could actually read our minds and the wedding, every single part of it, was exactly what we wanted and envisioned and I felt really encapsulated us as a couple.

Logistically, everything was flawless. We didn’t have to worry about timing, transportation, or any other coordination the entire weekend. Rachel had it all locked down. Our families and friends felt similarly that they always knew what to do and where to be and when because of Rachel and her team - which made it that we, our families and wedding party, and all our guests were able to truly enjoy the entire weekend. She is also the calmest person ever, which really helped us feel calm throughout the process and the day of, and made sure our families stayed calm too.

Hello, my name is Rachel Dover, the master mind and proud owner of Odyssey Event Designs,LLC providing coordination and design services to the greater New England region.

 

My goal has always been to take my clients' dreams and turn them into a reality. No matter how far fetched or elaborate their ideas may be, these are the challenges I thrive on. 

​

I'm continuously on the lookout for new designs, potential venues, decor inspirations, and a thousand and one other details that will help to enhance my clients' visions. As I take a genuine interest in my clients and their lives, I work side by side to design an event that will express their individual desires and distinct personalities.

I welcome collaborating, and/or brainstorming sessions with open arms, so please feel free to reach out and let's get crazy together!

A brief insight into how I found myself living the dream designing weddings and events:

With over fourteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and a degree from the State University of Buffalo in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I ventured out to further my knowledge and received my certificate as a certified wedding planner. Upon receiving my certification I began working within various high end facilities; one that still holds a dear place in my heart, The Mansion on Delaware Avenue.
